Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

Atwork Personnel is excited to offer a full-time, day or swing shift opportunity for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor at a food manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City, UT. We're looking for a proactive leader who can manage shift schedules, monitor production areas, and foster a positive work environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Hours may vary depending on schedule.

What You'll Do:

- Organize and manage shift schedules.

- Oversee production lines and monitor workflow.

- Review production rates and ensure proper material usage.

- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and clients.

- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members.

- Balance workloads across the team for smooth operations.

- Conduct internal audits to maintain quality and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- 4+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production warehouse.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
