Position Overview The Corporate Security Manager/Specialist is a key position responsible for ensuring the safety and security of executives, team members and corporate facilities at FuelCell Energy's Danbury and Torrington locations. This role involves implementing and managing a comprehensive corporate security program and assisting to oversee the incident management processes. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, in-depth knowledge of security protocols, and the ability to respond swiftly to security incidents. Key Responsibilities

Work Environment The Corporate Security Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. The role may involve occasional travel to different company locations, executive off-site meetings, special events, and executive residences. The position may also require working outside regular business hours to respond to security incidents and emergencies. Reporting Structure The Corporate Security Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Security. The role may also involve close collaboration with other senior leaders and department heads.
