Job overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Paralegal & Legal Operations Specialist. As the first operational specialist on our growing legal team, you will be a key teammate as we continue to grow and scale. You will make an immediate impact by providing administrative and substantive support and by building out new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and support our fast-growing business. You will partner closely with other members of Omada's legal, regulatory, and compliance functions and will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, people operations, commercial sales, and other business units to help implement key systems and optimize processes. About You: The role requires a highly organized, dependable, and collaborative individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We're looking for a candidate with impressive organizational skills and a proven track record of prioritizing various tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and managing small projects independently and effectively. Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary. This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options. *The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
