Position Summary What You'll Do Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with current and anticipated RTC customers to identify needs, requirements, and objectives necessary to conduct cyber evaluations of Weapon Systems. RTC's primary customers include aviation, missile, and sensor systems.
- Attend Program Office Technical Working Interchange meetings and provide feedback to RTC team.
- Facilitate Cyber Test Events to include preparing for and facilitating Cyber Tabletop (CTTs) events.
- Oversee successful integration of data collection, modeling & simulation, and hardware stimulation capabilities for customer Test Events.
- Coordinate with RTC's Test Planning office to submit ROM's and Statements of Work for Cyber Test Events.
- Establish and support Cyber Working Groups (CyWGs) to focus on integrating Cyber T&E with functional T&E
- Identify test needs, gaps, requirements, and relevant enabling technologies available for improved Cyber Testing.
- Integrate, plan and facilitate the handoff of needs and requirements with RTC's cyber test team to include prioritization of needed capabilities.
- Create and present customized executive-level briefings to facilitate the discernment, development, and application of new test capabilities. Provide executive-level briefings as the RTC customer desires.
- Facilitate communication and shared understanding across the RTC cyber team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree with 8+ years relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a DoD acquisition project office environment.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator or project engineer.
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills required.
- Experienced in creating briefings as well as briefing senior leadership within Army organizations.
- U.S. citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting DoD or other scientific / technical programs
- Technical Expertise with Redstone Test Center, PEO Missiles and Space, and/or experience with DoD Contracting
- Thorough understanding of how cyber developmental testing fits into the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle
- Cyber Tabletop Facilitator with certification
- Understanding of the DOD Cyber Guidebook to include Cyber Tabletop's, CVPA's, AA, C-SCRM, and other Cyber Test Events.
- High level of fluency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
