What You Will Do

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong background in accounting or finance to join our dynamic Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of accounting and financial planning and analysis activities, supporting key decision-making processes that drive the company's success.

As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and delivering insights that influence corporate-level technology initiatives.

  • Month end closing and reporting responsibilities, including journal entries and reconciliations

  • Review operational metrics and KPIs to ensure performance is measured appropriately.

  • Participate in various expense planning and reporting activities, including actual performance, forecasting, budgeting, and long term planning

  • Consistently seek value-add to current process, information system, and operations

  • Proactive role in providing financial feedback

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

    • AND 2-4 years of experience in finance or a related field

    • OR a combination of related education and relevant work experience

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Advanced-level Excel/Google Sheets capabilities

  • Excellent analytical skills to business drivers and interpret financial results

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively all levels, get key messages across succinctly, and work with multiple stakeholders

  • Track record demonstrating accountability and ownership

  • Strong reporting skills, display key information and convey messages clearly, concisely, and with impact

  • Business intelligence software experience such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau

  • Experience with supporting a combination of software engineering organizations, IT, and business systems organizations is a plus
