Zayo is seeking an OSP Area Director to be responsible for everything that happens and fails to happen in outside plant (OSP) in given markets, with regards to planning and implementation of fiber connectivity solutions programs and projects that adhere to approved plans, budgets, and schedules.This includes but is not limited to: interval performance, due date met performance, cost tracking and management, cost actuals versus budget, build quality, reporting accuracy, project tracker accuracy, reporting, communication updates and inter-department interface. The OSP Area Director is expected to provide direction to in Market Managers and Project Managers, as well as taking a direct Project Manager role in large, high profile projects. The overall OSP Area Director goals are to deliver projects on time, on interval, on budget and in compliance with all build quality and safety standards. *We're open to this position working in a hybrid capacity out of our Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop). Estimated base pay range for this role: $125,000 - $178,600 USD/annually The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
