Job Summary
Role is responsible for a wide range of tasks to support and integral tool/customization in the recently implemented AIM 2020 initiative. Role will be primarily focused on the Pay Day & Workday intersection, but also engaged in cross functional analyses and optimization projects across the full suite of PeopleSoft 9.2 modules. Responsibilities Monitoring of data integrations between multiple systems Collaborate with other internal organizations to ensure the accuracy of employee's labor allocations, billing, to reimbursable status Partner with the CoE to monitor and managing weekly processes to ensure timely processing of payroll labor allocations and all related integrations, inclusive of: Workday to Payday Integration Pay-day to O2C interface Payday to Workday back-feed ADP to Payday interface Leverage Business expertise to understand full end to end impact to assist with Level 1/ Level 2 questions arising related to core Payday processes Partner with GPO to identify and recommend ideas for both continuous improvement and efficiency in both core Payday processes along with all related upsteam (i.e. Workday, ADP) and downstream processes (i.e. O2C, Cognos) Maintain updates to all process maps outlining steps, interdependencies, technology intersections and responsibilities for Finance processes. Partnering with Process SME's, Local Finance and CoE's to ensure all SOP's, training and process maps a kept current. Drive consistency working with the CoE to share best practices while driving continuous improvement. Requirements Degree of equivalent experience Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Experience with the relevant modules (e.g. O2C) for the position Experience of working with global/virtual/remote teams Experience of working in a matrix structure Skills, Knowledge & Experience High energy, tenacious with a passion to deliver Successful track record of delivering results Comfortable diving into details Able to work with a global organization Excellent communication (written and oral) abilities Ideally have knowledge of employee communications and engagement; ideally gained from a large company background Must have strong relationship skills Microsoft Office proficient English - Fluent Other languages welcome |
