Program/Project Manager 5

Lam Research is looking for a project manager to join our growing team. The Security Project Manager will implement critical cybersecurity solutions in a cloud-first technological environment. A competent applicant will possess rigorous analytical capabilities and a track record of successfully delivering solutions from planning to execution. They will supervise planning and scoping, foresee potential problems, take appropriate action in the event of a crisis, and create a program that drives security in our business environment. They will have clear thinking, enjoy collaborating with people from other teams, and be skilled at handling ambiguity.

• Assist with medium-sized to large, intricate cross-departmental initiatives
• Plan, design, manage, and carry out project plans to assure delivery and ensure project plans fulfill their objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders to comprehend procedures and promote results
• Identify ways to streamline and optimize processes
• Prepare materials and presentations for executives
• Organize special projects independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams

* 5+ years of project or program management experience
* PMP or Project Management Certification
* Experience in cybersecurity
* Experience working in a cloud environment
* Strong analytical abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

* Agile credentials, Active Project Management (PMP), Program Management (PgMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification

* Hold a current security certification such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CompTIA Security+
