Senior IFM Lead

What this job involves - The IFM Lead is a key leader on the account core team who is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting the Project Management, and Occupancy Planning functions.

Reporting to the JLL Head of IFM Services, this individual will lead the management of one of three regions across a clients property portfolio, ensuring all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.

Job Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys.

Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality in a vendor matrixed environment.

Drive superior performance through excellent people management.

Interface and develop relationships with peers in other regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practices.

Act as IFM SME presenting new ideas for better customer experience; take innovative and creative approach to position

For direct reports, responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and growth plans.

Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography.

Project Management:
Deliver on contractual savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets, and monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribed.

Ensure understand of small project management and interaction with project team

Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization.

Engage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker updated with all proper documentation.

Compliance:
Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals including but not limited to work order management metrics and all contractual CPI/KPI goals.

Understand and use client CMMS tools to drive decisions that are best for the client. Make recommendations for process and tool improvement based on knowledge/skill set.

Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process.

Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree; Engineering or related degree preferred or equivalent work experience

10+ years Facility Management experience, with data center/critical environment experience preferred

Travel required, approximately 20-30% depending on client or account requirements

Work at client location as part of core delivery team
