What you'll do:

  • Gain real-world hands-on experience in the field of Merchandising and Product Lifecycle Management from product ideation to item set up to disposition.
  • Learn how to work cross functionally with different departments, leaders and vendors
  • Supporting and maintaining item and supplier data with a focus on data integrity
  • Communicating directly with internal partners and external suppliers.
  • Be part of the solution, by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and solve problems
  • Be assigned to a designated mentor who will guide your development by assigning tasks and projects that will support the team and department



What we expect you to bring to the table:

  • Strong technical orientation and technical computer navigation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas and V-Look up capabilities highly preferred)



Work Location:

  • This is an onsite internship. Your reporting location will be our Greenville Wisconsin facility, at W6316 Design Drive, Greenville WI 54942.



Compensation Information:

  • The compensation range is $17-$19 per hour



Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Currently attending a 4-year college/university, pursuing a degree in Business, Merchandising or relevant field as a Junior or Senior (or 2024 Graduate)
  • Able to commit to part-time hours (18-20 hours) during the 2025 Spring and Fall semesters, and able to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) during the 2025 summer

    • For this internship, we are looking for someone year around- working part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer
    • This position would be targeted to start at the beginning of spring semester
