Prefer onsite, but we are open to hybrid or remote work with quarterly travel. As a Workday HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering Workday technology solutions that align with business strategies, while enabling efficiency, and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. This role is part of the Human Resources department and is a direct report to the HRIS Manager. The HRIS Administrator will represent human resources interests as a participant in the organization by managing major projects, system upgrades, or other business initiatives. This position serves as a technical point of contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Administrator must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or Computer Science Certificate(s) or License(s): Workday certification preferred. Experience: 3+ Years HRIS administration or related experience - Workday preferred. Benefits Configuration in Workday or related system required. Workday complex report writing experience required.
