"I can succeed as an Experience Design Lead at Capital Group" We're looking for an Experience Design Lead with a strong strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and a passion for crafting digital experiences that solve real user problems. This role requires a blend of design leadership, hands-on execution, and collaborative cross-functional skills. You'll help shape our design strategy and elevate our digital products to provide best-in-class user experiences. As an Experience Design Lead, you'll play a critical role in defining our digital product design strategy, managing high-impact projects, and contributing to our design system to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences. You'll lead other designers and work closely with agency partners, taking projects from ideation to launch and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. This position requires a systems thinker who understands how each design choice impacts the broader user experience and can effectively align efforts with business goals. Qualifications:
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
