Counselor Concord, MA, USA Req #3565 Tuesday, December 3, 2024 Location: Concord, MA. Correctional Recovery Academy at Northeastern Correctional Center (NECC) Schedule: Ability to work a minimum of two nights a week, Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM -12:00 PM. Pay range: $50,000-$55,000/annually This is a quick-paced job where flexibility and organizational skills are a necessity. This position consists of group facilitation, individual counseling, paper record keeping as well as computer record keeping, and engagement and involvement in behavior change. The Correctional Recovery Academy (CRA) Counselor is responsible for: Facilitating psycho-educational groups and provides individual treatment planning to a caseload maintained by the counselor. Providing counseling services to offenders in the assigned treatment program.
