What you'll do:

• Category management, including IT, Office supplies & services, HR & consultants, indirect purchase requests, etc
• Drive Supplier Qualification & Supplier Selection balancing cost, performance, and risk
• Drive RFx process towards suppliers
• Negotiate Sourcing/Supplier Agreement
• Be involved Supplier Risk Management
• Report Spend for direct and indirect cost.
• Identify and implement cost saving opportunities.
• Supplier Management Governance
• Agreement management, and make sure to administrate necessary tasks.

As an Category Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Category Management focusing on IT, Office supplies & services, HR & consultants etc.
• Responsible to administrate Indirect purchase request in the US
• Local sourcing representative for Supplier Relationship within US supplier base including hosting meetings in Dynavox office and supplier on-site visits
• Approve Supplier Selection
• Escalation points supplier performance.
• Administrate the supplier contracts in the contracts system with Legal team.
• Supplier set up administrator for US suppliers

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing for direct or indirect materials and services, with a proven track record of agreement and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance and value creation.
• Host meetings with external suppliers in the office or visit supplier locations for meetings and follow-ups
• Good overall technical knowledge, basic financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, a drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to adapt to extended workdays and meet deadlines effectively.
