Global Candidate Marketing Manager -

Career Transition & Mobility/Learning & Development

The Global Candidate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing B2C/B2B2C candidate engagement and conversion strategies for LHH candidates to drive participation in LHH's Career Transition & Mobility and Learning & Development services. This role will focus on creating innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns to reach and convert candidates - working cross-functionally, particularly with the Global Delivery and Engagement teams, Digital Marketing, and country-based Field Marketers. As a critical member of the Global Marketing team, you will establish and drive the full marketing process from gathering/interpreting insights, to developing strategies, executing campaigns across channels, and measuring and optimizing results that drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the candidate experience and will have expertise in customer lifecycle management, global campaign management and a strong understanding of candidate engagement trends.

  • This is a global role and can be based in the USA, Canada, UK, or Switzerland.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Global Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement global candidate marketing strategies to effectively drive engagement, conversion and utilization across multiple regions, aligning with business objectives and geographical/client nuances.
  • Campaign Management: Activate and execute end-to-end campaigns (including B2B2C channels, email journeys, social media, and events) to drive engagement, conversion and utilization. Includes management of audiences, creative briefs, creative development/review, and QA of assets - specifically around implementation and optimization of consistent Salesforce Marketing Cloud email journeys to new markets.
  • Advocacy Programs: Create and manage candidate advocacy programs to activate the experience of satisfied candidates into effective brand advocacy that drives commercial outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with internal teams to create engaging content (blogs, videos, case studies, etc.) that appeal to candidates, evangelizing the value of LHH services.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of candidate marketing efforts, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with a variety of cross-functional teams (including Global Delivery and Engagement, Customer Success, Digital/Performance Marketing and Product Marketing) as well as external agencies where necessary to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and are executed effectively.
  • Market Research: Close collaboration with internal teams to provide expert guidance on Net Promoter Score and candidate satisfaction surveys, interpreting results to guide strategies and areas for improvement. As appropriate to fill identified gaps, work to field market research to stay informed of global trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in candidate marketing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with Marketing Analytics to develop dashboards that enable ongoing reporting to effectively convey Marketing's impact on candidate engagement, communicating relevant information on initiatives and campaign performance to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Brand Reinforcement: Collaborate with the LHH Branding team to enhance the company's global brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling message is delivered across all channels.

All About You

  • 7+ years previous experience in global B2C/B2B2C marketing, ideally for professional services, consulting, or HR/talent-focused businesses.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working amid ambiguity and appropriately bold to recommend, test and iterate new strategies to drive the business forward in innovative, measurable new ways.
  • Thrives in owning both strategic and hands-on, more tactical aspects of marketing.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional role and influence the direction and focus of projects outside of your immediate reporting structure.
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM and automation tools.
  • Proven success with data-driven decision making and a demonstrated ability for creative problem-solving.
  • Passionate about creating meaningful connections with candidates and driving long-term engagement in a global landscape.
