The Director, Billing Revenue Cycle Management is a strategic and hands-on operational leader who is responsible for Breg's Medicare and third party billing revenue cycle management including collections performance and vendor engagements. S/he is responsible for planning, developing, and establishing the goals, objectives, strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement throughout the revenue cycle. S/he will also provide the leadership necessary to successfully execute all billing and revenue cycle management initiatives including but not limited to: claim quality, billing collections, management of external offshore vendors, and partnering with other departments to drive Breg's overall billing performance. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
