This position is an integral member of the corporate finance team, responsible for finance support for Finance Transformation and Financial Systems Projects. The position will help to create, shape, and implement process and technology changes across the Finance function. The position will drive best practice adoption, standardize finance processes, and coordinate workstreams across operational finance, FP&A, accounting and shared services.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Finance organization's global processes and strategy for finance transformation including the following:
  • Supervise the multi-year effort to design and implement finance transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool across the Organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with Finance leadership team in order to coordinate cross functional development of vision and strategy design and implementation for global finance organization.
  • Coordinate critical interconnected projects, escalate key decisions, roadblocks and timelines to steering committee and ensure that any dependencies are identified, communicated and cleared.
  • Provide regular reporting to Finance and Executive Management related to Finance Transformation process, including assessment of critical gaps, planned enhancements, and process to goals.
  • Coordinate IPO readiness assessments with internal and external stakeholders, including proactive assessment of risk items and remediation of finance systems and process.
  • Support the assessment and coordination of organizational needs, including monitoring budgets, staffing, organization, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, financial systems implementation/support, or finance transformation
  • Ability to manage and drive successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong change management and influence skills to drive performance
  • Proven ability to assess, automate, streamline and enhance complex processes
  • Data analysis skills
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional team across all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and financial analysis skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBI and other Microsoft Office products
  • Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle ERP, SAP and/or Great Plains
