Who you are: The Johns Hopkins Health System Supply Chain has four distinct divisions within its department: Sourcing & Value Analysis, Procurement, Analytics, and Logistics & Distribution. This position reports directly into the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the scope of responsibility spans across each division. The Supply Chain Business and Project Manager is responsible for the application of project management best practices and principles for projects that span each division, developing and executing communication plans to keep entity stakeholders and executives informed of the impact that the department is having on the system, delivering supply chain specific training and education modules to staff across the organization, and leading the execution of the JHHS Supply Chain's Campus Talent Acquisition strategy across Post Graduate, Undergraduate, and high school programs. In this capacity, the Business and Project Manager is expected to be familiar with concepts, practices and procedures related to project management, such as change management, performance improvement, resource management, risk management, portfolio management, business analytics, strategic communications, stakeholder management, forecasting, etc. They will also be responsible for the lifecycle of recruiting candidates on campus; from information sessions at targeted schools, screening interviews for intern and full-time roles, onboarding and ensuring optimal candidate performance and experience during Supply Chain's formalized internship program(s), and ultimately the placement of high performing candidates into full time roles. Education: Master's in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is required. We encourage you to explore our current opportunities. Salary Range: Minimum 37.31 per hour - Maximum 65.30 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
