We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our innovative pharmacy team at ConnectRX. If you are passionate about improving patient health and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, working under the guidance of a licensed Pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, processing, and dispensing prescriptions, which involves:

  • Preparing and reviewing prescriptions for accuracy.
  • Entering and managing prescription information.
  • Setting up medications for pharmacist review.
  • Assisting patients and customers at the point-of-sale with their healthcare needs.

In addition to patient care, you will support the operational organization of the pharmacy by:

  • Ordering, stocking, and monitoring inventory.
  • Managing general administrative tasks for the onsite team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum one (1) year of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience in a professional or retail setting required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Detailed data entry experience required.
  • Experience with prescription or other customer record management related software preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems, as well as recommend and/or implement effective solutions.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including the ability to perform mathematical computations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work varying schedules. Schedule may include Saturdays.
  • Position requires long periods of standing and significant walking.
