Overview

We are looking for our new Product and Solutions Marketing Manager - MFT - to join Axway.

In this role, you will lead and shape product marketing activities across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC markets, supporting our global and national MFT customers who drive the world's economy. You'll be at the forefront of positioning our products for maximum market impact, collaborating closely with global product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our offerings meet and exceed market needs.

Responsibilities

Market Knowledge & Positioning

  • Contribute with the rest of the MFT team to target technical practitioners and IT buyers by deeply understanding their needs and use cases as well as Axway products and technology
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and support ongoing definition of differentiated product value
  • Research competitive solutions and maintain competitive comparisons and evaluations
  • Develop product and solution
  • positioning, messaging by prospective buyer role, and ways to overcome competitive objections
  • Understand customer usage drivers and key factors to nurture growth

Content Creation

  • Create customer facing and thought leadership marketing materials, including web content, tutorials, videos, white papers, presentations, sales assets, and more.
  • Elaborate on existing technical resources and translate them into product marketing assets for field marketing related activities
  • Update existing web content or create new content to improve conversion and contribute to the products launches led by the Product Team
  • Develops sales tools including sales scripts, presentations, Buyer persona list, and qualification scripts and effectively communicate solution benefits with internal sales teams and channel partners.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business
  • Conduct sales enablement sessions to help regional field teams understand Axway products and how to position it effectively with prospects and customers
  • Present in webinars and other public event forums to evangelize Axway product capabilities and customer value
  • Supports marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demand with acquisition, cross and up-sell, as well as retention efforts


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role within the software technology sector.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product marketing, technical product management, sales engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an engaging presentation style
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven marketing, with the ability to conduct and leverage market and competitive research to inform product positioning and GTM strategies.
  • Experience in enterprise software markets, ideally those serving Iaas/Paas/Saas, IT domains, or Application domains
  • Familiarity with B2B data integration, information security and compliance standards, and the hyperscalers cloud ecosystem
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizations
