In this role, you are responsible for creating marketing materials for proposals, pitches, overviews and insights. Advertisers want to partner with Western Union Media Network to engage our customers with value and offers. In the US and abroad, across omnichannel platforms, you will create account-focused, data-backed, holistic marketing collateral that aligns with Western Union positioning and advertiser goals. This role will work with other core teams within the media network (Sales, Business Development, Operations) to align strategies and objectives, as well as with key cross-functional teams, including marketing, to ensure the media team has the resources and materials they need to drive demand.
Role Responsibilities
- Increase sales productivity and revenue through the support of the media network Sales, Business Development and Operations teams, with the right content, training, coaching, processes, tools, and materials to help the team effectively engage buyers throughout any stage of the sales cycle.
- Accountable for creating assets in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva to communicate Western Union brand positioning, convey our customer profiles and media value proposition.
- Develop and own new advertising partnership opportunities in support of the advertising sales effort.
- Collaborate with research, insights and data teams to develop product focused communication.
- Collaborate with sales team to create bespoke presentations for advertisers and media agency decision makers.
- Generate sales proposals in response to brand requirements and objectives that build a meaningful and impactful story/pitch.
- Present sales pitch with cohesive, partner-focused media network opportunities.
- Incorporate advertisers feedback on requirements into proposals and sales materials to represent the 'Voice of the Customer'
- Create campaign wrap reports and case studies using advertiser visuals and quantitative results
- Participate in internal status presentations
Role Requirements & Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, ideally in digital media, advertising, or commerce media.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in the context of digital advertising and commerce media.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools and technologies.
- Excellent design and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, compelling sales content and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Proven track record developing and managing Sales Marketing collateral, presentations, reports, and partnership plans with attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years creating PowerPoint presentations integrating graphics, charts, and illustrations with an ability to craft and design a sales story/sales materials.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and ability to put together basic assets from scratch, leveraging templates and brand assets (logos, stock imagery, brand colors, brand font, etc.)
- Photoshop skills with the ability to create mock-ups for pitch purposes (i.e. banner ads on a mobile phone, mock ads on DOOH screens in situ, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to develop and optimize sales processes and content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and bring forward an independent POV when addressing business opportunities or challenges.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to interpret audience and demographic information to create sales proposals and optimize sales performance and effectiveness.
- Experience pulling third party data from sources like eMarketer, comScore, Nielsen, etc.not required, but preferred.
- Partner with Research and Analytics teams to unlock data and insights that help interpret and present marketing strategies for advertisers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, timeline obsessed, and proactive in identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.

Salary
The salary range is $67,500.00 - 95,000.00 per year. his role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
