About the role:

The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing responses to RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's, and SOW's under the direction of the Chief Growth Officer. The Proposal Manager develops responses incorporating brand standards, facilitates proposal review processes, creates final responses, and tracks potential opportunities through a variety of procurement sites. The Proposal Manager must be passionate about process improvement, clear communication, and committed to proposal excellence and success.

What we are looking for:



  • Assist in managing the proposal development process to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop and maintain supporting documents such as compliance matrices, schedules, and outlines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely proposal submissions.
  • Review proposal sections for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with solicitation requirements.
  • Track and maintain proposal documentation, including resumes, project profiles, and past performance data.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and federal procurement guidelines.
  • Support the improvement of processes and tools to enhance proposal development efficiency.


Highly preferred:



  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proposal coordination or management experience in the Federal sector
  • Proven experience supporting proposals within the Intelligence Community (IC) or other federal agencies
  • Familiarity with federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with proposal management tools, such as Salesforce, or Technomile
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with local and remote teams
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience


Clearance Requirements:



  • Active TS/SCI with preference given to candidates with favorably adjudicated Polygraph


Salary Range:



  • $110,000 - $140,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities


Work Type:



  • Remote - with preference to candidates based in the DC Metro area
  • May require up to 10% travel
