May provide supervision and direction to clerical, paraprofessional or professional staff members.

Major/Essential Functions

• Drive the implementation and coordination of the strategic vision for Salesforce and related technologies across the campus. Work closely with the governance group to ensure seamless integration, alignment with the University's mission, and support for broader institutional goals.
• Provide leadership in project management, overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives that support academic innovation and student success. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with institutional priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, faculty, and staff. Proactively engage with these groups to identify and address student-centered challenges, fostering solutions that enhance student success.
• Coordinate with data team members to monitor and analyze student retention data, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and compile reports to share insights with university partners for strategy development.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports.
• Perform other related duties as required to support the continuous improvement of academic innovation and student success initiatives at the University.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Five years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
