The Sourcing Contract Specialist will provide the CDPHP team with Strategic Sourcing support by performing all aspects of procurement. They will establish a working knowledge of the company, including business initiatives, spending, trends, and risk awareness. The Contract Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor, working with stakeholders to manage expenses, develop strategic negotiation plans, comply with regulatory entities, and mitigate risk for all projects. They will manage the lifecycle for low, medium and high risk contracts, educating business owners regarding best practices and ensuring compliance with the Sourcing Process. The Contract Specialist will also support the Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Director in establishing, reviewing, and implementing sourcing guidelines and policies. This is a full-time, temporary position - mostly remote opportunity. QUALIFICATIONS:

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
