Responsible for managing the administrative and operational aspects of the Hospital Medicine Service at Weiler. Will supervise support staff and assist providers with administrative needs. Responsibilities include but not limited to Manage day to day operations. Manage credentialing for all new providers prior to clinical work. Maintain reappointments biennially for active providers. Manage recruitment for new providers, responsible for the onboarding and termination process for medical staff. Manage HR files and keep accurate and up to date. Schedule providers for in-services, assessments and trainings to enhance staff development and productivity. Orient and train new staff. Manage employee time records in Kronos and HCM. Resolve issues or pay discrepancies with payroll and HR.
