Description NTT Data is seeking a dedicated Field Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment and systems to ensure seamless operations in a healthcare environment Skills Desktop, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Support, Customer service, Help desk Top Skills Details Desktop,Windows 10,Troubleshooting,Active directory Additional Skills & Qualifications Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to medical devices and IT infrastructure. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and applications. Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
