In this pivotal role, you will be the guiding hand for patients navigating the complex world of medication access, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. What You'll Do As a Patient Services Associate, you will take ownership of your patients' cases from initiation to closure. Your daily responsibilities will include: * *Relationship Management:* Build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders through proactive communication and timely, accurate execution of deliverables. * *Benefits Verification:* Perform thorough patient-level benefits verifications and coordinate prior authorizations in compliance with payer guidelines and regulations. * *Patient Assistance:* Review enrollment forms and supporting documentation to determine patient eligibility for assistance programs and communicate this information effectively. * *Communication:* Conduct program welcome calls, post-benefits investigation calls, and manage all client inquiries with exceptional service. * *Inbound Call Management:* Handle inbound calls (up to 50 per day during peak season), triage patients to the appropriate resources, and resolve inquiries promptly and accurately.
