Associate Vice-President for Development/Executive Director, Parkland Foundation This position is an on-campus, full-time, exempt, 12-month administrative appointment with an annual salary of $131,183.21 Application Close Date/Time: Wednesday, December 4th at 6 PM CT The Associate Vice President for Development/Executive Director of the Parkland Foundation implements comprehensive fundraising efforts to generate financial and material support for the college. This role also fosters positive, long-lasting relationships between the college and alumni, community members, corporations, and foundations. Additionally, the Associate Vice President/Executive Director maintains a continuous dialogue with the college President, the Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and Workforce Innovation, and the Parkland College Foundation Board to establish long-term fundraising goals and strategic plans. The Associate Vice President/Executive Director will cast an ambitious vision for the Parkland Foundation and develop a roadmap for the organization to actualize that vision. As a member of the President's cabinet, the Associate Vice President/Executive Director collaborates with the college's executive leadership team to advance the college's mission and identify opportunities for foundation support. The position will maintain strong relationships with the Parkland College Foundation Board, leverage board members' expertise, and keep members apprised on all matters related to fundraising activities. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and Workforce Innovation, the Associate Vice President/Executive Director will also collaborate with leaders from the marketing and public relations and grants functions to develop comprehensive strategies for cultivating resources and community relationships that inspire broad community support for the college and its students. This position develops the Foundation strategic plan in alignment with the college's strategic plan; engages the college's alumni network; and supervises the Foundation staff. Additionally, the Associate Vice President/Executive Director of the Parkland Foundation collaborates with advisory committees of volunteers to guide fundraising initiatives and outreach efforts.
