Cloud Systems Engineer, Intermediate

Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support the OCIO Computer Operations and Cloud Computing team. The team is looking to implement and pursue next-generation innovation. To implement this transformation, we're seeking an experienced cloud engineer who has expertise in the design, development, and implementation of projects in the cloud, including the use of High-Performance-Computing (HPC) environments. Experience with Azure Cloud Computing is expected, however exposure to other vendor platforms (AWS, Google) is ideal. The prospective candidate will have a firm grasp of emerging cloud technologies, platforms, and applications and an ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient. Knowledge of cloud maintenance, engaging staff, and advanced industry knowledge are essential. Familiarity with Azure GCC Platforms and other FedRAMP approved platforms is desired.
