Utilize effective evaluation techniques to assess teaching effectiveness and student performance. Stay current with trends in nursing education and practice. Maintain expertise through ongoing professional development. Participate in faculty and committee assignments, including monthly faculty meetings. Demonstrate and uphold high standards of professional nursing practice. Contribute to recruitment, academic counseling, and program advising. Maintain accurate student records. Collaborate with faculty as part of a team-based approach to teaching. Keep educational equipment and resources up to date. Fulfill teaching responsibilities in both online and traditional tracks. Complete required clinical hours. Ensure student-centered learning in all courses. Post weekly coursework and learning materials before the scheduled content week. Complete all grading promptly for both theory and practicum courses. Collaborate with healthcare partners to enhance clinical placements and preceptorships, aligning these opportunities with curriculum objectives.
