This role is responsible for the management and optimization of our processes associated with getting listings online, from our inventory management platform, to feeds to other sites and how we enhance the capabilities the user has to interact with our listings and show their interest. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: *3+ plus years working in marketing related role *Experience managing projects *Experience utilizing technology to manage online content and/or products *Excellent attention to detail *Ability to work well with others in a team environment *Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills *Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and manage to, and deliver on deadlines *Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Productivity suite *Mastery of spreadsheet development *Basic knowledge of image resizing and editing *Proficient at learning new tools and technology *Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field. KEY TASKS: *Responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate online listings across our own websites as well as third-party listing sites. *Provide daily management and support of the associated inventory technologies including identifying and troubleshooting issues and auditing and correcting online inventory. *Supporting stores and team members with training and troubleshooting of inventory displaying online *Drive adoption and consistent use of inventory management platform by team members *Develop, improve, and implement inventory policies and procedures to optimize inventory quality, reduce inaccuracies, and ensure appropriate units are online. *Generate ideas for improving listings, increasing interest in listings and maximizing the user experience. *Collaborate with the Products Team, Application Development Team, Web Team, and third-party vendors to continue to improve online inventory systems and test and develop new experiences. *Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines. *Lead user testing of improvements and changes to systems related to Inventory, feeds, and IDS. *Champion best practices for providing an excellent customer experience and driving SQLs and interest in inventory online. *Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in online inventory presence. *Manage Boats Group relationship and products: select, identify and measure advertising with them; measure listing performance; support and troubleshoot feed and listing issues *Support other inventory related platforms as needed *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Key Internal Relationships: Team Support Marketing, Store Marketing and Inventory Contacts, Regional Marketing Manager, Application Development Team, Products Team KEY RESULT AREAS: *Maintain high quality listings online include images, descriptions, specifications, and video *Excellent customer experience related to viewing and interacting with inventory online. *Provide excellent customer service to stores and team members needing assistance with inventory. *Build and maintain strong, trusting, long-lasting relationships *Ensure the timely, accurate and successful delivery of projects. *Clearly communicate the progress of projects to internal and external stakeholders *Consistent, quality, and error-free communication and documentation. o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
