Are you interested in driving transformative change in Smart Manufacturing?At Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, we have a mission.We are looking for a Product Manager - Metrology Cloud to lead the growth and expansion of our Autonomous Metrology suite (AMS) within our Metrology Software portfolio. AMS is our new cloud-based Metrology software. With a modern no-code user-friendly interface, it enables rapid, reliable & repeatable Metrology workflows improving efficiency & confidence.

As the Product Manager, you will ensure the delivery of innovative software at scale and direct a team of product leaders for the Digital twin & interconnected applications within AMS.You will shape the product strategy and partner with cross-functional teams and drive evolution. You will own the success of product features from overall alignment to specific Metrology requirements through to delivery to market, existing customer migration and end-of-life.

You'll need to have experience in one or more Metrology technologies and B2B Software business with an emphasis on cloud adoption and SaaS models.Delivering differentiated software in the Cloud and on the Edge by integrating connected Metrology software & device data and AI tools is a central focus of our strategy.You will direct a team of product leaders to execute on this strategy.

The position will report to the Senior Portfolio Manager - Autonomous Metrology and will be based anywhere in the USA.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead the creation and execution of our cloud-based Metrology product roadmaps, including investment decisions, technology alliances, release planning, and execution priorities following SAFe.

* Interfacing with our internal teams (Geo Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, and Global Services and Support) on market trends, go-to-market (GTM) support and strategy, and customer needs.

* Meeting with our global customers and prospects to define use cases and scope critical functions to facilitate their continued success.

* Presenting to the Hexagon team of stakeholders on product strategy, roadmap health, and coordinating discussions for cross-team collaboration.

* Guide Product Owners and other product leaders on customer discovery and ideation and use that knowledge to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns to our AMS vision.

* Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other product leaders to gather and synthesize market, customer, technology, and competitive research to identify product enhancements to differentiate AMS software.

* Create and manage success metrics (e.g. New Product Revenue, Monthly Unique Visitors, Signups, Activation Rate, Retention Rate and Total Contract Value) that are built on action plans.

* Collaborate with product marketing and geo-based GTM teams in developing product pricing and novel launch strategies.

* Lead Product owners in best practices around the complete product development lifecycle in a SAFe (agile) environment, managing priorities, and actively executing against a data-driven software-suite roadmap.

* Lead the product and customer migration to Hexagon's Nexus cloud platform for engineering collaboration, ensuring adoption.

* Help drive continuous improvement in the product management practice at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.

• 10+ years of demonstrable Metrology experience as product management/product owner or business development. Ideally have a solid technical Metrology background understanding the principles and applications of Hexagon's Metrology software & devices. Technical application / support, business development & or direct technical sales experience would be an advantage.
• Keen understanding of the Metrology market, OEM models and the key buyer behaviors.
• Experience on a proven track record of successfully launching new software products to market and enabling direct sales and channels.
• Experience in cloud-based (SaaS) software product management is highly desirable as is SAFe agile experience.You are a strategic thinker, continuous learner, and active contributor with the proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions to the market who is passionate about leadership and people development.
• Experience in Analytics or AI technologies is preferred.
• B.S. in Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Industrial Engineering preferred but extensive Metrology expertise will be equally considered.
