We are looking for a part-time Membership Services Representative to be the face of our Welcome Desk. If you love providing top-notch customer service and have a passion for helping others, this could be the perfect role for you. The position offers 18 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts and the opportunity for occasional daytime hours. KROC CENTER MISSION In keeping with the mission of The Salvation Army, The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center located in Green Bay, WI provides facilities, programs and services that strengthen, encourage, and enrich children, adults, and seniors through positive life-changing experiences. SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Membership Services Representative's primary responsibilities are the execution of the day to day operations and workflow of the Welcome Desk and to deliver high quality customer service at all times. This individual must be knowledgeable on facility programs, able to communicate that knowledge effectively, and be able to complete the necessary paperwork and computer transactions associated with Welcome Desk functions. There is currently a need for individuals who are available to work 18 hours/week evening and weekend shifts (3:00 pm- Close weekdays; 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturdays). Some flexibility for occasional daytime hours is preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This job description should not be interpreted as all inclusive. The duties of this job will be primarily performed indoors under normal room temperatures, although temperatures may vary and may be cooler or warmer than a typical office environment. The noise level in this work environment will vary from low to loud. For other duties of this job, such as outdoor special events and community center activities, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment at these events is usually moderate to loud. This job requires that the employee be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
