As Master Metrology Technician, you will provide organization, communication, oversight, leadership, training, and administration of calibration Standards, also provide/oversee Lifecycle management (e.g. Calibration, Maintenance, and Repair) for Metrology Standards in adherence with Roche cGMP/GLP policies, procedures and processes. You will manage personal workload to meet scheduled and basic finish dates. Provide on-the-job training to Metrology personnel, and technical guidance / proper use of calibration Standards to Metrology and Instrumentation personnel. In addition, you will represent Metrology, locally and globally, on multidisciplinary project teams, presenting data and responding to inquiries to improve customer service, to provide technical data, and assist in determining best practices and align processes. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is 79,500.00 - 147,600.00 USD Annual.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
