Job Summary: This position is perfect for Master's level therapists wanting to obtain hours to work towards their license. The School-Based Therapist will be joining a great team of therapists who deliver mental health care in Del Valle, Manor and Pflugerville ISD. The School Based Therapist is responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients on one or two campuses and will provide consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the school. The therapist provides direct mental health services to include intake assessment, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention and treatment plan reviews for all assigned clients. Therapist will provide consultation for school staff regarding mental health issues of clients (as appropriate). Therapist will maintain at least 55% of face to face billable hours and provide complete and timely documentation according to agency guidelines. Therapist will maintain regular contact with the parent/guardian of each client.

Integral Care uses a computerized medical records system. Applicants must have strong computer skills.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:


  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Masters degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:


  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • LMFT-A, LMSW, LPC-A required.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $23.47 an hour.
