Summary:

The Regional Automation Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing a region to perform or coordinate resources and management of all maintenance work.

Your role on the team:



  • Oversees and provides support for maintenance by tracking work hours, maintaining work orders for all maintenance/project work, managing material purchases used in maintenance/project work and working with the Accounting department to ensure all work is billed correctly
  • Approves invoices and confirms that work is billed correctly to the customer for all tier facilities throughout the region
  • Bids and manages project and maintenance opportunities throughout all tier facilities within the region
  • Supports management throughout the region with maintenance needs and bills as needed
  • Performs the contract maintenance for the assigned buildings within the region.
  • Manages the CMMS and all technical training throughout the region.
  • Creates, maintains, and observes all standard operating procedures and safety procedures to make certain the maintenance team adheres to them
  • Analyzes, diagnoses, and recommends correction for Company and Customer equipment problems and breakdowns, including conveyor system and forklift fleet; including cost/benefit analysis
  • Oversees the engineering function in the planning and management of the budget, allowing for appropriate control and utilization of client's resources.
  • Managers the employee lifecycle; including hiring, performance management, disciplinary action, employee relations, and terminations
  • Other duties as required and assigned


What you need: (requirements)

Experience



  • Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in both automation and facility maintenance functions.
  • Experience with repair and design of conveyor systems
  • Must be flexible to work various schedules; including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
