Job Description

The Global Operations Manager - Records will play a pivotal role in aligning our record management processes with our broader organizational goals. This individual will work alongside Global Heads in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives that optimize practices, enhance security, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager will provide client and team leadership and is responsible for facilitating all phases of operations and project work from concept to fulfillment. He/she is regarded by the client as a trusted expert for the agency side of the client's business and will maintain and facilitate the client relationship as a strategic consultative partner. The Global Operations Manager leads the day-to-day management and optimization of projects and tools for the client, assesses risk, determines goals, and is the key client contact for day-to-day communications and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee account operations for onsite and offshore professionals
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for day-to-day client needs
  • Organize and lead monthly and quarter business client meetings
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects
  • Maintain knowledge of and adherence to facility procedures, operations, and protocols
  • Master and maintain knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Provide strategic operational improvements and facilitate execution
  • Ensure all deliverable deadlines are met for all individuals and parts involved in the process
  • Responsible for early detection of issues that may require escalation
  • Management of vendor engagement and relationship
  • Trains other employees as needed.
  • Create and maintain operating procedures, identify effective avenues for consistency, and provide recommendations
  • Learn and develop subject matter expertise in client services
  • Provide a full range of staff management duties including interviewing, time tracking, employee relations, scheduling, performance management (coaching, feedback, and development planning)
  • Proven experience building strong, cohesive, and high-performing teams through effective motivation and coaching methods
  • Coordinate roadmaps and plans across projects, programs, and teams to ensure coordination across the program

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the function of role with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to solve more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job
  • Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately
  • Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers both on-shore and off-shore at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity
  • Deadline-driven organized professional with exceptional time management and communications skills
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $87,300 to $143,500 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
