Job Overview

* Responsible for managing new and current construction site projects from beginning to end

* Manage new product project schedule with suppliers and internal team

* Plan and implement projects, define scope, goals and deliverables and follow-up

* Work closely with top management and internal/external partners to meet deadlines

* Monitor and report project statuses to team and assess results

* Work closely with manufacturing to ensure successful implementation of project.

* Work closely with Quality departments both internally and externally to maintain a high-quality installation.

* Ability to learn quickly and pick up new concepts, technologies, and analytical techniques

* Able to handle several projects simultaneously

* Brings simplicity and order out of complexity and chaos

* Considers impact of decisions in other areas of the organization

* A high level of energy, flexibility and judgment is needed in this changing environment

* Experience with a wide variety of electrical and mechanical installations

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Construction Management and/or technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years' work experience in a Project Management or project planning
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and specifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing and functioning in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing BMI (Building Information Management) and MCOR
