Summary of Job

Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and general sanitation of the production, warehouse, and office areas while following and maintaining good manufacturing practices as well complete all required recordkeeping.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities



  • Support, demonstrate and promote Pregis' core values: integrity, collaboration, customer focus and innovation.
  • Adheres to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations including all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and perform sanitation activities in compliance with good manufacturing practices, sanitation, and other company standards.
  • Must be able to be flexible with varying job assignments and working conditions.
  • Ensure all sanitation and hygiene supplies are stored in the designated area for safe handling and safe use.
  • Ensure all break areas and front office are stock with coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.
  • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing areas to create a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Attends meetings and completes safety trainings as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to take coaching well and communicates respectfully with others to ensure a positive teamwork culture.

  • Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with team and during shift transition
  • Prior SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement culture.

  • Heat may exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Humidity may exceed 80%
  • Noise may exceed 85dB+

  • Frequent standing, stooping, squatting, up to 75%

Position Type



  • Full time
  • Shift length 8 hours
  • Overtime expected per business demand



Education and Experience



  • High School diploma or equivalent required


  • Minimum 1 year comparable experience preferred



Compensation



  • The pay range for this position is $17/hr. to $19/hr. The Company offers paid vacation time, paid sick leave, medical, dental and vision plans as well as a 401(k) with employer match.
