Overview Job Title R&D Engineering Manager: Semiconductor Heterogeneous Integration Job Description Keysight's High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC) in Santa Rosa is seeking an R&D Manager to lead a growing team of process engineers responsible for Heterogeneous Integration of semiconductor technologies. This team develops and manufactures System in Package (SiP) modules that enable New Product Introductions (NPI). The Engineering Manager will lead wafer-level assembly processes, and will have additional leadership opportunities in semiconductor fabrication, heterogenous integration, and factory automation, in partnership with fab operations and equipment teams. The Engineering Manager will be accountable for yield, cycle time, quality, on-time delivery, and execution of overall manufacturing and research goals. This position involves significant technical depth, managing teams of scientist and engineers, and leading technical projects.
