We are seeking an Office Supervisor to join our team at our program in Philidelphia, PA. Position Details Role is responsible for supervising business and administrative roles such as but not limited to Financial Assistant, Medical Record and Staffing Coordinator. Analysis, monitoring, follow up and reporting of business office data related to unbilled issues. Interface with payers related to authorization issues and support with program audits. Primarily responsible for data entry, analysis and follow up for operational metrics. Bachelors preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in office supervision or a similar role, preferably related to business office practice at a regional level or higher in a corporate or healthcare environment. * Familiarity with budgeting and financial processes. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks. * Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff and stakeholders at all levels. * Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and maintaining records. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and make informed judgments. * Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations effectively.
