Role: Application Support Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL 60602

Duration: 7 Months

Key Requirements:



  • Technical Expertise: A strong technical background is essential, with experience in application support (Java coding, SQL scripts, database management, and resolving application issues).
  • Production Support Experience: Experience with production environments is a plus.
  • Trading/Front Office Experience: Familiarity with front office/trading environments is beneficial.
  • Java, SQL, and UNIX: Proficiency in Java, SQL queries, UNIX scripts, and troubleshooting technical issues is required.
  • OMS Knowledge: Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting skills required to resolve complex application issues.
  • Environment: Will work alongside traders and handle critical application support tasks.
  • ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.
  • On-Call Rotation: On-call rotation schedule in place.
  • Technical Stack: Experience with Java, Synapse, PCF, and Azure services is a plus.


Additional Information:



  • Trading Lifecycle & Experience: Familiarity with trading life cycle and experience in trading support is a plus.
  • Conversion to Full-Time: Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and approvals.
  • Urgency: This is an urgent requirement, and we aim to hire ASAP.


Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
