Summary

The MIL Corporation is searching for an Oracle Federal Financials Senior Tester (Quality Assurance, Associate) to join our team and support our client, NIST, based in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule with 1 day on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Senior Tester shall support a project to validate the system testing, including regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance and performance testing, of BAS (Business Applications Solution) to ensure its functionality, performance, and data integrity meet specified requirements. Additionally, the scope includes outlining post go-live procedures for data integrity verification.
  • Perform Configuration Management process including the validation of accounting treatment correctness, confirmation of configuration job aids/guidebooks, and reporting configuration verification.
  • Execute Validation of System Testing (Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) including evaluating BAS: SDLC best practices, exit criteria, test processes, test results, and the identification and documentation of discrepancies.
  • Conduct and evaluate Performance Testing including: assessing performance methodologies, validation of workload capability, and providing performance optimization recommendations.

  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of software testing experience within the last 5 years


Desired Qualifications



  • Technical and functional experience in Oracle EBS Release 12
  • Experience in a Federal environment
  • Automated testing experience

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $115,000-$133,000 per year.
