Brown and Caldwell (BC) has an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Northwest Wastewater Area Practice Leader (APL). BC is a pioneer and recognized industry leader in wastewater treatment. We lead cutting edge research and deliver innovative solutions for our clients on the most challenging wastewater issues in the Northwest. This pivotal position will have the opportunity to build on this legacy and shape the strategy of the wastewater practice in the Northwest. Specifically you will help set priorities for business development, hiring and recruitment, and innovation/research and the utilization rate has been designed to allow you to engage in those activities in a thoughtful and meaningful way. The Wastewater APL is responsible for driving the growth of the wastewater practice and advancing strategic priorities. In this role, you will also be responsible for understanding the unique trends in your area and using that knowledge to create differentiation from that of our competitors while serving as an important conduit between the National Wastewater Practice and the Western Business Unit (WBU). The APL role is designed to be shared with other responsibilities such as Project Manager, Client Service Manager, or Design Manager based on your specific expertise and relationships. The candidate must be located in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho. A remote work-from-home arrangement is allowed. Detailed Description:
