About the Role

Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking a ServiceOperations Coordinator III (Coordinator, Service Ops III). The Service Operations Coordinator III supports the management of our Major Accounts, our Dealer relations, and handling customer support escalations.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Effective January 1, 2025, we will increase our required, scheduled in-office days for hybrid employees to three days a week.


Your Impact

- Provides advanced administrative support to various areas of the Strategic Service Planning group
- Mentors other administrative personnel
- Collects data and prepares reports for management use
- May perform data entry and coding
- Tracks inventory of parts/products
- Works with procurement to obtain necessary items
- Ensures everyone is aware of and follows proper procedures and escalation workflows
- Brings together several facets of operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager
- Level III employees have a full understanding of the job role and can apply their well-developed skill set to a range of tasks, some of which are difficult in nature
- They work under minimal supervision, though decisions are made under the close supervision of managers


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- Typically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience

The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.

We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $21.91 - $32.80 hourly
