Reporting to the Manager, Product, the Product Owner II will be responsible for a scrum team supporting an expanding product line that will connect partners and edit capabilities through our Payment Accuracy platform. This role will be part of a team that owns the analytics capabilities within Payment Accuracy platform, building a strong analytics foundation that aims to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data and to enable data- and analytics-driven intelligence. These analytics capabilities will be critical to support product decisions and direction and translate value to customers. The Product Owner II will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to gather, document, and refine user stories and product requirements. They will actively manage the product development and quality assurance activities utilizing Agile/scrum methodologies. Additionally, the Product Owner II will ensure that the solutions developed are scalable and meet the needs of various stakeholders across different channels. To be qualified for this position, you:
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Over 2 years of experience supporting a healthcare technology organization in a Product Owner role.Healthcare background is required to be considered for the role. Must have experience working with data and data science teams and navigating internal stakeholder and partner relationships. You have experience working with an analytics product, data normalization, and data pipelines. This is required to be considered for this role. Must be capable of gathering and documenting requirements, and clearly be able to understand and communicate analysis conducted on the requirements. Understand the technical side of the PDLC and can interact with engineering teams. Have experience getting a project up and running from inception, not only maintenance. Have strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Have a passion and aptitude to learn. You are a self-starter and enjoy autonomous work. Have experience working with a large team and navigating internal relationships. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, supporting internal and external business partners. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

What you will be doing:
Participating in various weekly meetings with internal and external customers. Informing product roadmap(s) and providing status updates of issues and progress. Leading client calls, facilitating key deliverables, some user acceptance testing (UAT), etc. Leading pilot / beta testing engagements with clients. Refining requirements into actionable definitions. Participating in agile standups/ceremonies, refinement, and maintaining the backlog andwriting user stories. Researching team documentation to present to different groups/teams. Participating in product and application releases of new products, product enhancements, and product issue resolutions. Supporting multiple, concurrent projects. Supporting technical implementations around our Essentials product (as necessary).
