Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a "can-do" attitude, strong leadership, and a drive for innovation to join our Sensiba IT Operations Data Insights team. This role will focus on leading the development of reports and dashboards in Power BI and SSRS, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment, inspiring team members, and leveraging analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report Development and Innovation: Design, develop, and manage Power BI and SSRS reports, bringing a creative and innovative approach to data visualization and report optimization
  • SQL Development for Reporting: Write and optimize advanced SQL queries and stored procedures specifically for Power BI and SSRS, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all reporting outputs
  • Data Quality and Validation: Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance checks, maintaining high standards in data reliability
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as a leader and mentor within the team, fostering a "can-do" attitude and guiding junior analysts in analytics and reporting best practices
  • Collaboration and Team Orientation: Work effectively with IT Operations and other departments, promoting teamwork, communication, and shared problem-solving on cross-functional reporting projects
  • Data Engineering Support: Assist with ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow from platforms such as Salesforce, ERP systems, and practice management systems
  • Project Ownership and Agile Participation: Take full ownership of reporting projects, consistently delivering high-quality results and adapting to evolving project requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report development, with a focus on Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and analytics tools
  • Advanced SQL skills, especially with query optimization and stored procedure development
  • Proven track record of innovation in reporting and data visualization
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative and "can-do" approach
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills for fostering productive cross-functional relationships
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000*
