Job Overview: As an LPN at Talamore St. Cloud, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of our residents. From hands-on care to administrative tasks, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring resident health and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinating care with physicians, staff, and other service providers.
• Supervising medication administration and adherence to care procedures.
• Providing support to residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Staying flexible and adaptive in a dynamic assisted living environment.

Qualifications: We're looking for dedicated professionals who bring:

• A current LPN/RN license, experience in senior care is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with resident record systems and working with seniors.
