This individual will provide full executive administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer located in the Bedford, MA headquarters, providing support for three departments within the CAO's scope of responsibility, Legal, Corporate Communications and Ethics, Compliance & Enterprise Risk.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

* Extensive calendar management, including scheduling appointments and coordinating in-person or virtual meetings. Proactively address scheduling conflicts and prioritize meetings based on urgency/overall importance. Ensure schedules are well maintained and accurate for CAO, SVP Legal Affairs, VP Corporate Communications/Chief of Staff and VP Compliance, Ethics and Enterprise Risk Management.

* Coordinate onsite meetings, managing agendas, distribution of pre-read materials and tracking follow-up action items for completion as requested, including tracking actions and following up on actions for department meetings.

* Coordinate periodic offsite meetings and events including finding and securing an appropriate location, catering, coordinating team building events and education opportunities within a budget.

* Coordinate logistics pertaining to quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including securing a location, catering, and transportation.

* Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors and employees.

* Interact with and support C-level executives and other Lantheus leadership.

* Initiate, execute, and own small projects end-to-end as requested.

* Schedule travel arrangements and accommodations in compliance with the travel policy.

* Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with Company policy.

* Create requisitions, purchase orders and set up of new vendors in SAP. Coordinate invoice payments and follow up with external vendors and internal AP to ensure timely processing and payment.

* Assist with budgeting and monthly accrual process.

* Coordinate contract management, including requesting and tracking confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements and other contracts needed by the Ethics, Compliance & Enterprise Risk department and the Corporate Communications department.

* Prepare, review and edit various communication and meeting materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and memos.

* Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying and scanning documents, ordering office supplies, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating large mailings to multiple recipients.

* Assist in managing department Intranet pages.

* Provide back-up administrative coverage for other administrative colleagues, as needed.

* Support special projects and analysis, as requested.

Basic Qualifications

* Handle highly sensitive and confidential information and communication with all levels of management with a high level of discretion and confidentiality and in a professional manner.

* Excellent organization and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to take on additional responsibilities, as required.

* Ability to work independently and prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Advanced knowledge of MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); previous experience using email and calendar software (Outlook); understanding of Concur and SAP

* Experience with Adobe, DocuSign and Power BI is a plus.

* Expert computer skills, as well as formatting, proof-reading and document preparation skills.

* A strong team player who is resourceful, highly organized, self-motivated, able to take initiative and problem solve independently.

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and deadline-driven environment.

* Ability to interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the organization in a highly professional manner.

Professional Experience and Other Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 10+ years administrative experience supporting senior level executives in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry

* Proven experience as an Executive Administrator Assistant or in a similar role.

* Required to be on-site in Bedford, MA office at least 4 days a week and to work effectively remotely when not on site.
