THE JOB: The Fountain Worker III is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $14.54 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu Take and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with necessary condiments Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization Stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
6 + months of previous guest service/customer service experience Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent Food Handler's card and Alcohol Awareness card Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
